Carson’s Bests are not ordinary sandwiches. Each one is a “dagwood-type” production consisting of thick slices of Italian bread, 1/3 to 1/2 pound of meat or fish, fresh cut fries, homestyle coleslaw, tomatoes and provolone cheese.
